Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from when you purchase your merchandise item to request a full refund. To request a refund or exchange, please email info@raceshare.com. To be eligible for a 14 day refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging and be unused/unworn.
We will refund postage costs in full if an item is faulty, but returning an item to us will be at your own cost for purchase mistakes/incorrect orders/size swaps (if the clothing item you have bought is too small or too large).
Please note that if you are returning an item to us, we recommend using an insured service, so that the value of the item is covered by the postal service if it is lost in the post. RaceShare will not be responsible for the cost of an item lost in the post, if it is not sent insured (and proof of postage cannot be provided).
Once a return has been received, we will refund you as soon as possible, usually within two business days (with an approximate 3-5 business days guideline to receive the refund in your bank, but this can vary).
